So my turquoise tips washed out, sad. But the blue obsession has not left one ounce. Kate Winslet in one of my favorite films, "Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind," scores some sweet cookie monster blue hair. I love it.....even her purple and red hair shades too. She got me excited for round 2. Except Im not a cookie monster extremo. Subtle pale blue, like candy.
