There is something so beautiful and magical about spices. I want to have the most incredible spice collection one day. I will probably research and study all the spices in the world and become a spice mistress. There is in fact a Bollywood film called Mistress of Spices. Not the best story line, but it was visually stimulating. She concocted her spices to medically and socially help people. Her store was beautiful. One day I will go to India and indulge in a spice market and understand each spice and their purpose. Their is alchemy to everything.
